We're building a social platform that does the hyperlocal thing and that can just as easily be adopted/grow in Singapore as in Cincinnati. No formal profiles, no follower lists, no data to be exploited or privacy to be ignored. Just threads that connect you to what matters on a local level, and ways for that info to spread as and when it needs to.
